I was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and moved to New Jersey at age 6, where I remained for most of my life. I received my Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Rider University. After completing my business degree, I worked as an accountant for two major companies in New Jersey.

After starting a family, I pursued my entrepreneurial ambitions by switching to the field of early childhood education. In 2000, I opened and managed a school that grew to accommodate 300 students and over 60 employees. During this time, I earned my Master’s degree in Early Childhood Studies from Walden University.

After 19 years in the education field as an owner and operator, I sold the business and moved to Florida with my husband. There, I began to invest in and study real estate, purchasing and selling properties as well as investing in lease-back properties. My love and understanding of the housing market led me to become a licensed sales associate.

With my finance background, I understand the importance of value and return on investment in real estate, making informed investment decisions that yield the highest returns. I am a results-oriented professional with 30+ years of experience and proven expertise in vendor and customer communications, staff training and development, and operating policies and procedures.
